How do I place an order?
Option 1: Shop via the Online Store
- Add products to your Cart, then click the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- At checkout, you will be directed to make a payment using your Credit or Debit Card, or EFT.
Option 2: Email or WhatsApp your request
- Email your order details to sales@romaqo.co.za or WhatsApp your order to 067 887 7654 with your full name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
- We will send you an invoice with payment details or a payment link for card payments if needed.
- Your order will only be processed once payment clears in our bank account (this may take a few days for EFT payments).
Note: Offline orders do not qualify for online specials and discounts.
Lead Time: Up to 3 working days to dispatch.
What are my payment options?
- Credit Card, Debit Card, and EFT. We use the following payment gateways; Yoco, Payfast, Paystack, PayJustNow (3 interest-free installments).
- Cash Deposits are accepted, but customers must add 5% to their total order to cover bank charges. If this is not added, a payment link will be sent for the shortfall.
- For EFT payments, email your Proof of Payment to sales@romaqo.co.za and use your name and order number as the reference.
How long do I have to pay?
- Yoco, Payfast, Paystack: Payment is immediate through the secure portal.
- PayJustNow: Split your payment into 3 interest-free installments.
- EFT Payments: You have 3 days to make payment from the time of order. Unpaid orders after 3 days will be cancelled.
How do I checkout with PayJustNow?
1. Create your account (18+ years, SA resident, valid debit/credit card, email, and phone number). Set your installment pay date.
2. At checkout, choose PayJustNow as your payment method.
3. Complete your purchase. The first installment is payable immediately, and the remaining installments are payable on the selected pay date.

Where do you courier to?
We courier anywhere within South Africa.
We do not courier internationally at the moment but we do allow collections.
Is Insurance Included in the Shipping Cost?
No, insurance is not included in the shipping fee. If you'd like to add insurance for your order, please contact us after placing your order for a quote. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value orders to protect against theft, hijacking, breakage, or leakage during transit. Romaqo is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order is processed and booked for collection, you will receive a tracking number with a clickable link via email or WhatsApp.
- Check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.
- If there’s a problem with your order in transit, contact the courier directly with your tracking details.
When can I expect my order?
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or if you're in a more remote area, delivery times may vary.
- Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, holidays, strikes) may occur.
What if I’m not home to accept my delivery?
- The courier will attempt delivery to your door and may contact you directly.
- If no one is available, they will try delivery again on their next delivery run.
Am I able to pick up my order in person?
Yes! Choose Click & Collect at checkout. This option is free.
