- How do I place an order?
Option 1: Shop via the Online Store
· Add products to your Cart, then click the shopping bag icon on the top right-hand corner of the page, and click Proceed to checkout.
· At checkout you will be directed to make a payment using your Credit or Debit Card, or EFT.
Option 2: Email or WhatsApp us your request
· Send us an email (to sales@romaqo.co.za) with your order details, including your full name, delivery address and phone number. We will send you an invoice with payment details, or payment link via Yoco where you can use your Credit or Debit card. Only once your payment has cleared in our bank account, which may take a few days (if you choose to EFT), will your order will be actioned for processing.
· Lead time is 3 working days to dispatch.
· Please note that offline orders do not qualify for any online specials and discounts.
- What are my payment options?
· Payment options include Credit card, Debit card, and EFT.
· We also accept Cash Deposits. Customers paying via Cash Deposit need to add 5% to their total order in order to allow for bank charges. If the extra 5% is not added to your payment, we will send you a payment link for the shortfall.
· For any Eft payments, please email us your Proof Of Payment to sales@romaqo.co.za and use your name and order number as the payment reference.
- How long do I have to pay?
If you choose Yoco, Payfast or Paystack, you will be immediately taken to a portal to complete payment. If you choose Payjustnow, you can pay in 3 equal interest-free installments.
If you choose EFT, you have 3 days from the time you placed the order to pay. If payment is not made within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
- How do I checkout with Payjustnow?
Step 1 - Create your account if you dont have one yet. You will need to be 18 years or older, be an SA resident, be in possession of a valid debit or credit card (in good standing) and a valid email address and mobile number. Once you've signed up, you can choose your pay date which will be your instalment date going forward.
Step 2 - Once your account has been approved, go to checkout and choose Payjustnow as your secure payment method
Step 3 - Complete your purchase. The first installment is payable immediately, and the rest of the installments are payable on the day you have set as your pay date.
Payjustnow allows you to pay in 3 equal installments, interest-free. If you miss a payment, you have 24 hours to manually make a payment. There is a minimal penalty fee for missed payments. For more information on Payjustnow, please visit their website: https://payjustnow.com/.
- Where do you courier to?
We courier to anywhere within South Africa.
- How much does courier cost?
Delivery is a flat rate of R100 to anywhere in South Africa up to 10KG. If your order is more than 10KG, you will be notified and sent a payment link for the shortfall.
If you live in Durban, please visit the category More Shipping Options featured on the Home page. Delivery starts at R60. If you pick this option, please choose Click & Collect at checkout so that you are not charged twice.
If you prefer Paxi (Pep to Pep) or PostNet, please visit the category More Shipping Options featured on the Home page. If you pick this option, please choose Click & Collect at checkout so that you are not charged twice.
You can also choose Click & Collect if you are able to pick up or if you prefer to send your own Courier. We will email you when your order is ready and advise you on when you can pick up.
- How do I track my order?
· Once your order is processed and booked for collection with one of our delivery services, you will get a tracking number with a clickable link via email or WhatsApp. Please check your spam email folder if you do not get the email after a few days.
· You can track you order until it is delivered.
· If there is a problem or delay with your order in transit, please contact the courier services directly with your waybill/tracking details, and they will be able to assist you.
- When can I expect my order?
· Orders are processed and dispatched Mondays to Fridays.
· Delivery with the courier takes between 1 to 5 working days from day of dispatch, except for outlying areas which may take longer (up to 7 working days).
· Regrettably, we will not be held responsible for any delivery or postage delays that arise from any issues beyond our control, including but not limited to wars, courier issues and postal strikes, incorrect addresses and acts of God. Courier services may be delayed during lockdown, holidays, big sales etc.
- What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
· The courier company will always attempt to deliver to your door. If no one is home or no one answers, they will often try to contact you directly. If they cannot get hold of you, they will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run.
- Am I able to pick up my order in person?
Yes. Please choose Click & Collect at Checkout.
