Ingredients:
IPA , Iso propyl alcohol 99.8% , isopropanol, isopropyl

Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is a colourless, flammable chemical molecule with a strong odour (chemical formula CH3CHOHCH3). The simplest example of a secondary alcohol is an iso propyl group linked to a hydroxyl group, in which the alcohol carbon atom is joined to two other carbon atoms. It is a structural isomer of ethyl methyl ether and 1-propanol.
It is utilised in the production of a wide range of industrial and home chemicals, and it is a frequent constituent in antiseptics, disinfectants, and detergents.

Usage:

It is utilised as a solvent in certain melt and pour soap recipes (when making melt and pour from scratch), however in this case we use it to pop the air bubbles after we have poured our melted soap into our moulds. The IPA dissolves the soap's surface tension, causing the bubbles to explode. It also aids in the adhesion of several layers of melt and pour soap. It can also be used to disperse bubbles after pouring resin.

Instructions:

- Spray on our soap or resin after it has been poured in the mould to pop any air bubbles.
- For melt and pour soap, spray liberally between each layer of layered melt and pour soap to assist the layers adhere to one another.
- Before adding mica colourants to soap, disperse them with a little IPA. This eliminates the risk of the mica clumping and producing an inconsistent colour effect.
